The Sangoma Advanced Bundle is a one-year license that provides businesses with advanced tools for their FreePBX installation to improve productivity and organization. Features such as appointment reminders and call recording reports are included. This bundle replaces the previous FreePBX bundles, such as the FreePBX CM Call Center Builder, FreePBX CM System Builder Basic, FreePBX Everything Builder and FreePBX CM System Builder Plus.

This bundle includes the 9 most commonly sold add on modules. £1100 worth of modules if bought separately.

This bundle includes advanced reporting features such as:

  • Appointment Reminder - automate appointment confirmations, cancellations and reschedules
  • Caller ID Management - modify the Caller ID that is outpulsed on the fly.
  • Class of Service - provides granular control at the extension level to access and set permissions of specific calling features of your PBX. These features include Outbound Routes, Feature Codes, Ring Groups, Queues, Conference Rooms, Voicemail Blast Groups and Paging.
  • Call Recording Reports - View, Sort , Listen, Archive and download all recorded calls on your system
  • Pinset Pro - provides you greater flexibility in the deployment of security Pin Codes, allowing system administrators to assign Pin Codes directly to extensions and granularly control per extensions which outbound routes are allowed to be dialed without pin codes
  • Voicemail Notify - onfigure a new Voicemail Notification to monitor a mailbox for new messages. When a new message is left in that mailbox the system will call the recipients listed below until one of them accepts responsibility for the message
